Terms and conditions for the use of pictures by Mask Paradise:

All pictures and logos of the “Mask Paradise“ label belong to the company atixo GmbH and are liable to the German Copyright Act according to § 7 UrhG.  Infringements of this copyright law will be proscecuted by a lawyer.

The unlimited use of all “Mask Paradise“ pictures is subject to the following conditions:

• Mask Paradise pictures are free to use only for commercial purposes in order to exclusively market the Mask Paradise assortments.
• The user commits to exclusively purchase original Mask Paradise articles.
• The dissemination of Mask Paradise pictures or copyrights and /or disposal to third parties is not allowed.
• The modification of the original pictures is prohibited. The removal of logos as well as other copyrighted material is forbidden. Modifications also represent infringements of copyright (according to valid German Copyright Act as amended on 13. September 2003).
• Publications in all kinds of print media requires a separate approval by atixo GmbH.
• The use of the pictures to vilify pictured persons or for political and immoral purposes is prohibited.
• Amazon & ebay: we provide pictures with white background to our customers listing on Amazon & ebay, please ask us for the download link. The use of these pictures is only allowed on Amazon & ebay.

atixo will deprive the user of copyrights, if the user infringes against these regulations. In this case the user has to stop any kinds of disposal immediately.

If you notice a breach of these conditions from another market player, please give us short notice.
